Join Abby for an extra long, juicy practice focused on creating deep opening in the body. The workshop will begin with an active, or yang, portion where we'll warm the body and move the joints in a safe and mindful way. By moving the bones, fascia, and muscles through their active range-of-motion, the body will be properly warmed and prepared to move into the yin, or cooling section of the practice. We'll dive into a long, sweet, stretchy portion of the practice focus on creating release and opening in the hips, shoulders, and spine.
