In this special workshop with Abby, you'll explore how rolling around on the floor can create new intelligence in your muscles, freedom in your joints, and juicy release in your fascia. Abby will guide students through an entirely supine and prone practice where you'll develop a love affair with the ground. 

We'll begin with deep abdominal breathing to light up the energy body and turn on the deep intrinsic core muscles. Students will play into active, or yang, movements where we'll engage the abdominals, back, and extremities. Through the use of breath, intra-abdominal pressure, and resistance-based movements, you'll feel deep and subtle strengthening that turns on the whole body. We'll also play into more passive, or yin, movements and shapes that utilize breath-oriented passive flow to pump the prana and unlock long-standing myofascial tension. By weaving together active and passive movements, and using gravity and breath as our allies, this workshop will leave you feeling blissed out, wrung out, and spacious in a new way.
