Shoulder binds require us to rotate the arm bone internally in the socket, which is an action that we don't see much in our day-to-day lives. However, the health of the shoulder girdle is directly related to the comfortable range of motion of the arm in the socket. In this master class, we'll develop a safe relationship with moving the arm into binds by slowly and methodically working towards poses like reverse prayer and interlock warrior.
