One of the most powerful ways to support ourselves is by grounding into the rhythms of nature - the moon cycle and the seasons. Join in community to celebrate rebirth and renewal heralded by the Winter Solstice, the first day of winter. This day marks the time of year when days begin to get longer again, and we are blessed with more hours of sunlight. On the longest night of the year, also called Midwinter or Yule, we are celebrating the return of the sun and reflect upon the darker days since the Autumnal Equinox.
This special donations-based event event falls two days before the Winter Solstice. We’ll begin with a yoga practice that will get you tapped into source and connected to your allies. From there, we'll plug into the wisdom that is offered to us during this shift in the balance between light & dark and move into ceremony, journaling, and guided meditation.
